Lea Hill Village Annual Meeting Minutes

1) Meeting Called to Order 7 pm by Denton Thorbeck

2) Attendance and verification of quorum: 3 out of 4 present: Denton, Jadivan, Sandra; Absent: Carol; Manager present: Eydie

3) Reading/Approval of Minutes: deferred due to Carol's absence as she has the minutes

4) Reports of Officers: President, Vice President, and Treasurer

1. Review of MyHOA Month-End Financials Packages
2. Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves 
3. Owners Parking on unimproved HOA Common areas

1. Open Issues:
   • 7247 ACC, bpard need tp rview and vote this week;
   • 5872 2018 Audit --Michael sent in the taxes, Eydie would still like a signed copy from Denton, as Carol had not yet approved the board voted unanimously with quorum to approve the 2018 taxes and Michael to sign them retroactively;
   • 3091 too many car issue on hold til spring, we will discuss parking options at that time and possible rule revisions;
   • 5653 3/3 unanimously approved this issue is lieu of competing the online vote which was yet incomplete.

1. Roads Phase: March meeting firm up plans on roads.
