    2. Approved to move $50k to reserves
    3. Suggested we consider investing some funds. Sandra opposed due to risk.

    1. Tim's landscaping can give estimate on case by case basis
  4. Owners parking on unimproved HOA Common Areas

  • 8 getting warnings
  • 3 off by 1 month payment
  • 2 paid in full - legal issue cleared
  • Code Enforcement - parking on HOA property. End of roads are supposed to be turn arounds and not parking.

  • Issue 3653 wants until June - ask for contract?
  • issue 3578 - motorhome has been removed. New issue - rusted out metal, there for over a month; if account brought to full payment including special assessment will waive fees.
