- 2 paid in full - legal issue cleared
- Code Enforcement - parking on HOA property. End of roads are supposed to be turn arounds and not parking.
- Issue 3653 wants until June - ask for contract?
- issue 3578 - motorhome has been removed. New issue - rusted out metal, there for over a month; if account brought to full payment including special assessment will waive fees.
