- Review of MyHOA Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings
- approved to move $16k to reserves
- Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves
- $57,250 operating
- $31,120 reserves after roads project
- $109k paid for roads
- $88,373 assets
- Road Project, National Night Out, Tetherball Reserve Study and Mailbox
- Found one road not finished but fixed it on Friday
- Took way more time for coordinating/communicating project
- Roads look good
- Lawn care - area will be fixed behind Bob's house
- National Night Out - had about 20 show up; went well
- tetherball fixed and damaged again but at Sandra's.
- Mailbox - folders seem to be working for notices
- Reserve Study - Sep 5 Carol to walk thru with Reserve Study
- Phase II Road Project will factor in soft spots - affects costs; 8 roads left to do. Will give options for costs.
