2) Reading/Approval of Minutes from July 9, 2019 

3) Reports of Officers: President, Vice President, and Treasurer

  1. Review of MyHOA Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings
    1. approved to move $16k to reserves
  2. Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves
    1. $57,250 operating
    2. $31,120 reserves after roads project
    3. $109k paid for roads
    4. $88,373 assets
  3. Road Project, National Night Out, Tetherball Reserve Study and Mailbox
    1. Found one road not finished but fixed it on Friday
    2. Took way more time for coordinating/communicating project
    3. Roads look good

    4. Lawn care - area will be fixed behind Bob's house
    5. National Night Out - had about 20 show up; went well

    6. tetherball fixed and damaged again but at Sandra's.

    7. Mailbox - folders seem to be working for notices

    8. Reserve Study - Sep 5 Carol to walk thru with Reserve Study
    9. Phase II Road Project will factor in soft spots - affects costs; 8 roads left to do. Will give options for costs.
