Special Budget Ratification Meeting Minutes

1) Call Meeting to Order (Denton)

2) Reading/Approval of Minutes from June 11, 2019 

3) Reports of Officers: President, Vice President, and Treasurer

1. Review of 1st half accomplishments and projects yet to come in 2019
2. Review of MyHOA Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings
3. Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves 

• Mailboxes - discussed need for future mailbox updates
• Playground repairs - reviewed completed playground updates
• Gate security added at clubhouse
• Roads and fire lanes

6) New Business

1. Discussion of Board-approved revised annual budget with special assessment added for 2019, and ratification
   1. We are on track financially to start on roads project. Board looked at options and agreed on $250 special assessment.
   2. 2 attendees voted against project. Rest voted for project.

7) Next BOD Meeting:  

August 13, 2019, 7 pm

8) Next HOA Meeting: 

Feb 1, 2020, 7 pm

• Homeowner Payment Plans (Status)
• approved for Eydie to give okay for u0p to 25% increase on roads costs 
• approved $60 for postcard reminder mailing about roads.
