Treasurers report:
40 homes in good standing for the year
140 owe for February or more

49 in arrears

4 in legal
186 homes all together
Next meeting decide on whether to move more to reserves
Old Business:
- Issues are mostly on hold; a few notices have been sent out.
- Spring cleaning reminder to be
- sent
- Fire lanes painted - small area peeling; will repair in better weather
- Clubhouse on hold for now
- Playground renovation complete
- Rules changed in November
New Business:
Police will be featuring our neighborhood in upcoming Auburn Magazine

Budget passes by default, not enough home owners present to take a vote
board members can appoint new members since a vote cannot occur
