Rachel called meeting to order at 7:04p
Treasurers/mgt report:
- Finances
- Operating balance $15,372
- May consider increasing what we are setting aside
- Just under $113k in reserves
- 80 homes good standing
- 1 person on payment plan
- New payment plan request for person out of work until December; want to pay $10/month
- Overview of debts:
- 13 liens filed
- Some within top 20 have now been paid off
- 6 more to start lien process
- Ok to proceed with lien warnings to top 28
Old business:
- Fees & Fines - unanimous approval of fines and fees as set forth in letter to owners including late fees, send full letter; no additional approval needed.
- Parking - permit parking with city delayed
- $2,420 for striping/signs - out of operating funds. Motion made,seconded and passed unanimously
- Eydie will send letter for affected homes
- Paving project and special assessment discussed
- Nov 1 need to review violation of RV, boat, trailers parked in neighborhood
- Security
Cameras - no wifi required
Lighting - need wiring fixed on some outside fixtures
Need to secure cameras first
New business:
- Possible investment in CD via Edward Jones
- Free plants - landscaper from other neighborhood will plant for us. 13 plants. $100 for installation. Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously
- ACC request - vinyl siding; request approved
