9/16/18 Proposed Rules Special Meeting

Rachel called meeting to order at 6 pm
Rules discussed:
- 30 days before/30 days after for holiday lights
- Discussed yards, “naturalistic lifestyle”
Treasurers report:
- 92/186 homes in good standing
- Revisit assessment May 2019 to plan for 2020
Old business:
- Fire lanes need to be done, lowest bid so far $6,900
- Up to $5,000 matching grant
- Motion to proceed made seconded and passed unanimously
- $5,000 grant for clubhouse security
- Looking for Night Owl cameras
- Email meeting minutes to Eydie
- 4 issues to vote on:
- Voted to start lien process on next in the list of top 20 that owe
