Tuesday, March 13, 2018 Lea Hill Village HOA Special Board Meeting for purpose of contracting new manager

Michael and Eydie Leighty, MyHOAOnline.com LLC, guests

Denton made motion to start the meeting, Rachael Seconded the motion.

Rachael introduced MyHOAOnline.com LLC to board and Michael and Eydie Leighty gave an explanation of their company and did a question and answer session for board members.  The contract was given to Rachael to look over and sign and a check in the amount of $1860.00 was given to MyHOAOnline.com LLC for first month service and set up fees.  The group discussed the need of the $1500.00 minimum that needs to be given to MyHOAOnline.com LLC in order to fund the startup new bank account at Chase bank and the options of how to best to go about it.

Rachael made a motion for the board to borrow $1500.00 from the reserves fund in order to fund the bank account start up with the intention of full repayment within three months of borrowed date.  A full disclosure notice of borrowed money and repayment would be given to all homeowners in a  prepaid first class mail out , along with  the change of management letter later this month.  Sonia seconded the motion and the group voted with four of the four board members in attendance voting to approve the motion. (Carol Kidd arrived late during the general meeting and when informed of the motion added her approval vote)  Rachael stated that she would contact Yalnes Inc. the following day to make arrangements.

Rachael stated that bank statements are still going to the previous President and Secretary and brought statements to Sonia.  Sonia and Rachael signed checks for monthly bills and Rachael gave signed checks/statements to Sonja to send out and file.

General meeting members started to arrive and meeting was called to a close by Rachael
