Rachael introduced Michael and Eydie Leighty with MyHOA-Online.com LLC.  They discussed their background, facebook page and took questions from group. Discussed the ease of reporting issues, paying dues and communication.  They will be coming back to due a presentation on the website.

Alejandro Anaya asked for a clearer meaning of what an HOA is and why the clubhouse has not been usable and when it would become rentable.  Eydie discussed the benefits of an HOA and how in good order an HOA can provide and enforce guidelines in keeping neighborhood in working order and looking good to keep and maintain property values.

Rachael discussed the Clubhouse since Elizabeth was not able to attend.  Elizabeth has been working with two contractors to get bids on repairs.  The board is waiting on bids and hopes to attain a few more before making decision and getting the repair process started.

Alejandro and Maria Anaya have concerns about current landscape and that they are coming onto their property for mowing and tree trimming.  Rachael and Eydie confirmed that before any major landscape work would be done that notices would be filed with homeowners.

Rachael informed the group that the college parking issues are still being addressed by the city and we are awaiting a response.  Rachael will contact the city and also pass on contacts to Eydie to follow up on as well as issues with the entrance that causes college parkers and people entering into the HOA to “play chicken” to get where they are going.

Rachael talked about the city of Auburn grant for a matching $5000 and asked for support signatures for the project located at the park on 317th.

Rachael called the meeting to a close at 8:10pm
